Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days. But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns for size/color exchanges.
If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, our printing vendor (Printful) will offer to reship the order. If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 14 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required.
Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 14 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
